The Virtua Center for HealthFitness sponsors Pool, Pump & Pedal for a Healthy Heart, Feb. 26, at the William G. Rohrer Center for HealthFitness.
All events are open to the public, and all proceeds benefit the American Heart Association.
In the evening, join us at 7 p.m. for A Taste of South Jersey to include DJ, dancing, wine, beer and food tasting. Cost is $30 per person in advance or $35 at the door, or $50 per couple in advance or $55 at the door. The evening will also include a Silent Auction.
During the day, enjoy a three-hour Spin Journey, Zumba Party Marathon, Aquatic Fitness Fiesta or a Mind/Body Experience.
The Spin Journey runs from 8 to 11 a.m., and costs $50. The Zumba Party runs from 9 to 11 a.m., and costs $30. The Aquatic Fitness Fiesta runs from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., and costs $25. And the Mind/Body Experience runs from 9 to 11 a.m., costing $25.
