Arrests made in TD Bank robbery

On Wednesday, March 24 the Evesham Police Department arrested two males in connection with the robbery of the TD Bank, 101 East Rt. 70, which occurred on Tuesday, March 23.

A 23-year-old Voorhees man was arrested and charged with 1st degree Robbery and a 20-year-old Berlin man was arrested and charged with 2nd degree Conspiracy. The Voorhees man is believed to have been the suspect who entered the bank and committed the robbery. The Berlin man is believed to have assisted him by operating a vehicle allowing him to leave the scene in an expeditious manner.

Both suspects were committed to the Burlington County Jail in default of $100,000/full bail.
