The Voorhees Ballet Theatre announces open auditions for the upcoming production of The Nutcracker on Monday, Aug 24, at Lowe Dance Studio, 1207 Haddonfield Berlin Rd. in Voorhees. The audition schedule for girls and boys is as follows:
• 5 to 5:30 p.m. 5–7 year olds
• 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. 8–10 year olds
• 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. 11–12 year olds. Please bring pointe shoes if applicable.
• 7:30–8:30 pm 13 and up. Please bring pointe shoes if applicable.
Dancers should arrive 30 minutes prior to audition time to complete an application.
Audition fee is $15. Interested adults should stop in and complete an application.
Performances of The Nutcracker are scheduled to held at the Voorhees Middle School Theater on Dec. 11–13.
